01 Is Zova an agency or a studio?
A studio, deliberately. We're small and mostly remote, we don't outsource our work, and we keep a close relationship with every client we work with, on a partner basis rather than a vendor one.

02 Who am I working with?
Mostly, you'll be working directly with Phil Moore, a full-stack designer with over a decade of experience across agencies, non-profits, and SaaS companies worldwide. Depending on workload, we may bring in a trusted network of designers and developers for specific tasks, but Phil remains your single point of contact and reviews every piece of work before it reaches you.

03 What is the money-back guarantee?
Cancel anytime before development begins and we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked. That gives you room to fully evaluate our process and quality before committing to the build phase. Work already completed before a cancellation isn't accessible or transferable.

04 What is your payment structure?
For website projects: 50% to start, 25% once design is approved, and the final 25% at handover. For other projects: 50% to start and 50% on completion. A 10% discount applies to all plans for registered non-profits and student-led organizations.

05 How many projects do you handle at a time?
We cap ourselves at no more than three concurrent one-off projects and three on-demand clients at any time. That's a deliberate limit, so every project gets the attention it deserves instead of competing for our time.

06 Where is Zova based?
Larnaca, Cyprus, with part of the year spent working from Asia. We collaborate with clients from around the world and work fluently in English and Greek.

07 Do I need to be technical to use the AI stuff?
No. We train your team on what fits your business, in plain English, no coding or technical background required. If you can use email, you can use what we teach you.

08 How exactly will we communicate?
You'll get a personalised Basecamp workspace to track your project, upload files, add team members, and stay in touch, all in one place. We typically respond within the same business day, occasionally up to 24 hours depending on workload and time zones. Email, Instagram, Twitter DM, or the chat on this site all work too.
