This project used a multi-stage approach to translate Country Change’s newly designed logo into a cohesive design language for a new custom Webflow website.
Their previous site ran on WordPress. We repurposed their existing content while designing a completely new layout, mocked up first in Figma for client approval before we built it out in Webflow. They wanted something unique to their business and content.
We built the new site around a good deal of iconography drawn from the tree in the client’s logo, along with supplementary graphic elements like topographic assets, to round out the visual appeal. We also integrated Zapier to dynamically populate the jobs page with an RSS feed from a regional Australian jobs site, surfacing local job opportunities across the regions featured on the site and helping users transitioning to a rural lifestyle.
We migrated all blog posts and the sitemap structure to the new site, and implemented redirects for all existing links to protect their SEO, so users could find their way to the new content without losing valuable traffic.
Beyond the web design work, we’ve taken on the ongoing responsibility of producing Country Change’s quarterly digital magazine, a long, design-heavy publication distributed to their customers and stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.
